(Prices are based on PSA’s declared graded value tiers)

  • $45 — cards valued up to $300

  • $48 — cards valued up to $800

  • $160 — cards valued up to $2,300

  • Higher tiers available on request

How to Prepare Your Cards

To give your cards the best chance at top grades:

  1. Sleeve each card in a fresh penny sleeve.

  2. Place each card into a Card Saver I (or equivalent).

  3. Clean your cards gently before sleeving — dust, fingerprints and old sleeves genuinely affect grades.

  4. Bundle your cards neatly together, wrap in bubble wrap / paper, and pack securely in a box.

  5. Clearly label your name both inside and outside the parcel.

This helps us log, track and submit your order accurately and quickly.

Postage

  • Postage from you → PG Collectables → you is not included in the grading price.

  • Postage to the USA/Canada and return from PSA is included in the grading tiers.

You only cover the cost of sending cards to us and the final return postage back to you.

Insurance

We are pleased to confirm that:

  • All parcels sent from Australia to the USA through us are now insured up to $50,000 AUD total cover per shipment.

  • PSA provides insurance for your cards during grading and for their return shipment back to PG Collectables.

Your cards are protected every step of the way.

Cleaning & Pre-Submission Review

Do we clean cards? Yes — selectively.

While we don’t offer this as a paid service, we’re happy to:

  • Clean a few cards if needed

  • Remove simple marks or dust if we spot them

  • Give honest opinions about what is or isn’t worth grading

Important: Cleaning is done at your request only. PG Collectables accepts no responsibility for potential damage to cards during cleaning. (We’re very gentle — but disclaimers are essential!)

How We Track Your Cards

We receive a lot of the same cards every month — especially popular sets.
To ensure accuracy:

  • Every card submitted is entered into a tracking spreadsheet with your name and order details.

  • Cards are logged and submitted in order of arrival unless otherwise discussed.

  • No cards are mixed — each collector’s submission is organised and stored separately.

Card Order & Consecutive Submissions

If you send a stack of cards:

  • We may reorder them to give you the best chance of appealing, consecutive grades (e.g., lining up Eeveelutions or matching holo sets).

  • Small changes happen automatically.

  • For major changes, we’ll message you first to check.

Our goal is to help you get the cleanest, most attractive graded set possible.

Slab Cracking Service – $10 per slab

Have slabs you want to regrade?
We offer safe, professional slab cracking:

  • $10 per slab

  • Cracked cleanly and prepared for resubmission

  • Great for cards that deserve a second chance

(We cannot guarantee grade increases — but we can guarantee careful cracking.)
