Shipping policy
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been processed and shipped. You will be issued with a tracking number by the shipping company.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays each week.
We use Australia Post and Toll for our shipping. For larger parcels delivered via courier you need be able to sign for the delivery or to advise a safe place for delivery if not at home when you place your order on the website or by phone with us, as we will not pay for re-delivery by the courier, and any extra cost will be charged to you.
While we take every care in packing and sending your delivery, we have no control over your order once it leaves our premises. We are not responsible for any wrong delivery, breakages, spoilage of product, re-delivery charges or other fees that may be incurred by Australia Post or the freight company.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform PG Collectables if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any spoilage, loss or damage resulting from late delivery or for non-delivery once the order has left PG Collectables.
